NEW YORK STATE
Cost of Quality
Study

 Study Background

P5 Fiscal Strategies is developing a child care cost estimation model for New York State. This model will help policymakers, advocates and all constituents better understand the true cost of providing high-quality child care across New York State. Ultimately this model could be used by the state to inform subsidy rate setting.

Provider Input Sessions

We are hosting several input sessions with providers across New York State to better understand the true cost of providing high-quality child care in your community. Please join us to share your experience as a provider delivering early care and education services. The discussion will focus on provider experiences with program operations and expenses to inform the child care cost model.

The sessions will be offered in English and Spanish. Registration is required. Chose from one of the options below (the content is the same in each session, so you only need to attend one).
